FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for an experienced hire to join our Technology offering in London and take ownership of our UK Data function. We are looking for either Managers or Associate Directors with strong experience in the Data market, who are comfortable with building out our Data proposition. This will be a billing role with the chance to build an ambitious team and help scale up our Technology operations in the UK.

About the role

You’ll be joining our growing technology team where you’ll act as a trusted partner, not just a recruiter, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing your own desk within Data recruitment
  • Winning new clients and developing existing clients; we firmly believe in a “land and expand” approach
  • Being a senior member of a growing team and helping to support and develop that Data function from day one.

What will the role entail?

  • Building and developing your own Data recruitment specialism focusing on core areas such as Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Architecture and Data Analytics.
  • Placing skilled individuals into some of the world’s fastest growing technology companies
  • Developing amazing candidate networks and engaging with the Data community at events

Experienced needed:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Data recruitment space
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced scaling recruitment team
  • Experience and desire to generate client pipelines and build out a true specialist recruitment market
  • Ability to create amazing candidate networks and communities within software engineering
  • An open mind to what is possible in recruitment – we’re the opposite of traditional, generic IT recruitment

Who are you?
