[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for an experienced hire to join our Technology offering in London focused within our software engineering search function. We are looking for either consultants or Senior consultants who have knowledge within the software engineering space, who are comfortable taking ownership of a vertical market with our clients and candidates. This is a great opportunity for you to join an ambitious team and help scale up our Technology operations in the UK, specifically within the software engineering market.
About the role
You’ll be joining our growing technology team where you’ll act as a trusted partner, not just a recruiter, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, many of which will be on a retained basis. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing your own desk within software engineering
- Winning new clients and developing existing clients; we firmly believe in a “land and expand” approach
- Being a key member of a growing team and helping to support and develop that function from day one.
What will the role entail
- Building and developing your own software engineering recruitment specialism in either back end (Java, Python, C#) or front end (JavaScript, React, Angular)
- Placing skilled individuals into some of the world’s fastest growing technology companies
- Developing amazing candidate networks and engaging with the Data community at events
Experienced needed:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the technology recruitment space
- Ability to work within a fast-paced scaling recruitment team
- Experience and desire to generate client pipelines and build out a true specialist recruitment market
- Ability to create amazing candidate networks and communities within software engineering
- An open mind to what is possible in recruitment – we’re the opposite of traditional, generic IT recruitment
