[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their UK and EMEA team as a Consultant. The role involves working with high-growth software companies, focusing on business development, candidate sourcing, and closing recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, a strong understanding of recruitment models, and excellent communication skills.
Sales Recruiter Role:
Your role will involve working with leading Venture Capital and Private Equity backed high growth software companies across the UK and EMEA. You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment from business development, candidate sourcing, and closing both retained and exclusive contingent search processes.
You will be a specialist recruiter in the Software, SaaS and wider technology space and work on a wide range of Senior Leadership to Individual Contributor roles for these high growth software companies. Core areas that you will focus on will be across Sales, Partnerships, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Sales Excellence functions.
- Work with VC and PE back software scale ups on both contingent and retained models
- Pitch and win new business from Software Founders, Venture Capital Funds and Private Equity
- Manage the entire candidate and client lifecycle from pitch to close
- Screen applicants via follow-up emails, phone calls, video calls and face-to-face
- Specialise in SaaS across AI, Big Data, Cyber Security, Ecommerce, EdTech, Environmental Tech etc…
- Support the [Employer hidden] Senior Leadership team in scaling the business across new markets
Sales Recruiter Profile:
- Demonstrable recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a delivery role
- Good understanding of the contingent or retained recruiting models
- Step up and focus on business development and winning new clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and a desire to be a real team player
- Fantastic organizational skills and comfortable carrying a revenue target
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition
