The Role

- We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our London studio. This is a key role in driving [Employer hidden]’s growth, you’ll be at the heart of building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping how we expand.

What you'll do

  • Deliver growth and hit sales targets, building on our strong reputation in creative content
  • Respond to inbound enquiries with engaging proposals that win business
  • Drive outbound sales activity from prospecting and lead generation to pitching and closing
  • Build long-lasting client relationships in partnership with our Client Services Team
  • Research and qualify prospects, identifying decision-makers and opportunities in target sectors
  • Own the sales process end-to-end: pipeline management, KPIs, reporting, and conversion
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to ensure campaigns generate quality leads
  • Be the first point of contact for all new business enquiries managing them from lead to signed deal
  • Represent [Employer hidden] at networking events, building a strong industry profile

What you'll bring

  • Proven track record in new business acquisition (both inbound and outbound)
  • Strong lead generation skills and experience closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly with clients and internal teams
  • Experience producing compelling sales proposals and delivering pitches
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge and passion for retail sectors, especially technology, beauty, fashion, jewellery, and home
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools for effective pipeline management
