  • Maintain clean, organised sets and styling areas throughout the shoot day and at close of business.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum of two years’ experience styling in a high-volume ecommerce environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A clear interest in fashion, trends, and brand presentation, with the ability to adapt styling accordingly.
  • Good understanding of multiple styling techniques, props, and problem-solving approaches.
  • Good to have experience in campaign creative stills.
  • Experience working to demanding shot counts while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Calm, proactive, and positive approach to fast-paced studio workflows.
  • Strong listening, communication, and questioning skills.
  • Comfortable working with studio systems, processes, and workflow tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Capture One.
  • Experience with moving image or video shoots is beneficial but not essential.
