We are looking for experienced 360 recruitment consultants with a proven track record of success, looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level. The Role

You will play a pivotal role of growing [Employer hidden], and will be able to leverage relationships held in our Executive Search, UK, US and Dutch consulting businesses to support this growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing relationships with key clients.
  • Proactively advising clients on recruitment and the talent landscape.
  • Identifying candidates for opportunities and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Promoting cross-selling and information sharing with international offices.
  • Identifying untapped business opportunities in the market and building out identified areas.
  • Leading on client or PSL/pitch meetings and encouraging colleagues to work collaboratively to grow existing accounts.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for proven billers, ideally with experience in an established firm who are interested in building their desk in a market with significant growth potential. Key requirements include:

  • Recruitment Experience: A minimum of four years of recruitment experience, ideally in either Finance, Risk and Compliance and/or Transformation (Interim or Permanent).
  • Proven billing success: A consistent track record of good performance in a 360-recruitment role.
  • Ambition and drive: A passion for achieving high standards and exceeding targets.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking: The ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
