What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a research, resourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition support role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills – you enjoy understanding people and markets.
• Organised, proactive, and curious – with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Able to work at pace, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of tasks.
• A genuine interest in recruitment, business, and career growth.
