Senior Dairy Consultant

The Role & Key Responsibilities

Providing expert consultancy advice across nutritional, technical, and business performance areas, enhancing the value and impact of our service. Working closely with farmers to maximise the potential of their businesses, with a clear focus on profit per cow, return on investment, and sustainable growth.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing a high-quality client portfolio built on long-term relationships.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering successful consultancy projects from concept through to completion.
• A strong understanding of UK dairy farming systems and current market trends.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to create and develop high-value consultancy and sales opportunities for Kite.
• A solid understanding of farm financial structures, including budgeting, accounts, and performance analysis.
• Extensive experience in dairy consultancy or a closely related field, ideally with experience operating at a senior or leadership level.

Locations: We are recruiting consultants to work across the Midlands, and West Midlands.
