Job Description:
Positions Available
Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Nursery Room Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based learning.
- Maintain accurate child development records and communicate effectively with parents.
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are adhered to at all times.
- Lead and inspire team members (Nursery Room Leader role).
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Leadership experience (for Nursery Room Leader role).
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
