We are currently looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join a care home based in the Reading area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with daily care tasks and routines
- Assisting with meals, mobility, and companionship
- Promoting dignity and independence in all aspects of care
- Following individual care plans and reporting any concerns appropriately
Requirements:
- Must have full-time Right to Work in the UK
- A valid UK driving license is preferred
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (if external)
- Prior care experience is highly desirable
- Mandatory training is required – we can provide both online and practical training if needed
