You will support daily routines, administer medication confidently, guide junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of safety, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living
- Administer and prompt prescribed medication using eMAR Camascope safely and accurately
- Lead and mentor Healthcare Assistants, offering guidance and support
- Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and wellbeing needs
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate care records and ensure effective communication within the team
- Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed

What We’re Looking For
A compassionate, reliable, and professional individual Previous UK care experience at senior level Experience using eMAR Camascope (essential)️ Strong communication and leadership skills Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential) Full-time availability.
