Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living
  • Administer and prompt prescribed medication using eMAR Camascope safely and accurately
  • Lead and mentor Healthcare Assistants, offering guidance and support
  • Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and wellbeing needs
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate care records and ensure effective communication within the team
  • Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed

What We’re Looking For

A compassionate, reliable, and professional individual Previous UK care experience at senior level Experience using eMAR Camascope (essential)️ Strong communication and leadership skills Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential) Full-time availability.
