Key Responsibilities:
- Handling phone and email inquiries professionally
- Managing candidate documentation and compliance checks
- Updating and maintaining recruitment databases
- Assisting with scheduling interviews and onboarding processes
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
