Job Description:
Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and develop high-quality, well-structured responses to tenders, PQQs, and ITTs
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and operational information
- Tailor responses to meet the specific needs and evaluation criteria of each opportunity
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, compelling, and delivered on time
- Maintain and update the content library for future bids
- Research potential bid opportunities and assist with bid planning
Requirements:
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Some experience with public sector bidding or proposal writing (preferred, not essential)
- Ability to understand technical information and translate it into accessible content
- Competence in MS Word, Excel, and formatting documents professionally
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
