We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bid Writer to join our growing team, supporting our efforts to secure contracts with public sector organisations including the NHS, local councils, and government frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong writing skills and a passion for structured, persuasive communication. You will play a key role in helping us win new business in both the healthcare and education recruitment sectors.

Job Description:

Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and develop high-quality, well-structured responses to tenders, PQQs, and ITTs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and operational information
  • Tailor responses to meet the specific needs and evaluation criteria of each opportunity
  • Ensure all submissions are compliant, compelling, and delivered on time
  • Maintain and update the content library for future bids
  • Research potential bid opportunities and assist with bid planning

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Some experience with public sector bidding or proposal writing (preferred, not essential)
  • Ability to understand technical information and translate it into accessible content
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel, and formatting documents professionally
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
