Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administer medication and monitor patient conditions
- Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate care documentation and reporting
- Promote dignity, independence, and person-centered care
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN (in good standing)
- Full right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Up-to-date mandatory training certificates
- Previous experience working in nursing or residential care homes preferred
