Timely Deliveries:Pick up and deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers across Glasgow.

Customer Service:Greet customers with a friendly attitude, handle payments when required, and ensure satisfaction.

Vehicle Care:Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of your own vehicle and have business insurance to operate

Order Accuracy:Double-check orders before departure to ensure correct items and packaging.

Navigation:Use GPS or delivery apps to find efficient routes and avoid delays.

Coordination:Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage delivery schedules and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (if not company-provided).

Good knowledge of Glasgow’s road network and traffic patterns.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and handle cash/card transactions.

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene during transport.

Desirable Attributes

Previous experience in food delivery or courier services.

Familiarity with South Asian cuisine and customer expectations.
