Our Managed Legal Services team is growing rapidly and as a result we have a number of new roles for enthusiastic and driven paralegals. This role’s primary focus will be in regulatory and compliance. Additionally, there will be opportunities to provide support in other areas within the Managed Legal Services team as and when needed.
What you will be doing:
What you will need:
- a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- previous experience in a regulatory and compliance role
- previous experience in a complaints management role or responding to the legal ombudsman would be desirable
- previous experience using a case management system
- strong IT skills and accurate typing ability
- ability to manage and meet deadlines
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- a high degree of flexibility and initiative along with excellent organisational and prioritising skills; the ability to adapt and manage priorities at short notice is essential
- the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
- strong business and commercial acumen is desirable
- enthusiasm, drive and commitment and to be a strong team player
