About the Role

Our client are seeking a proactive and experienced HSQE Advisor to join their UK Health, Safety, Quality & Environment team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture across rail projects and ensuring everyone arrives healthy and leaves safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and embed the *Arrive Healthy & Leave Safely* approach across all projects
  • Deliver practical health & safety advice, support and coaching to site and project teams
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, driving safer ways of working and sharing best practice
  • Carry out site inspections, audits and safety tours to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Support wellbeing initiatives and encourage positive, proactive safety behaviours
  • Work closely with operational teams to maintain and continuously improve H&S performance

About You

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Tech IOSH membership or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
  • A valid PTS card (preferred – training can be provided)
  • Experience within rail or construction environments (desirable)
