We are currently recruiting for an experienced full-time HR Assistant.
As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with UK HR team and wider organisation to provide daily support with HR matters.
Responsibilities:
- General HR Administration
- Employee Records and HRIS support
- Recruitment support
- Onboarding and New Starter administration
- Induction and integration
- Contractual changes and Employment Lifecycle
- Support payroll administration
- Employee support and HR Portal
- HR reporting
- Compliance and policy adherence
Requirements:
- Good understanding of HR systems
- Good communication skills
