We are currently recruiting for an experienced full-time Applications Engineer.

As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for Supporting our Sales Team in Promoting water treatment opportunities to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Working with our Sales Team Promote water treatment opportunities to our existing [Employer hidden] customer base, as well as seek out new opportunities
  • Survey customer sites to understand their water treatment needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Convert customer inquiries into projects by effectively explaining the benefits of our water treatment services
  • Install, maintain, and service water treatment units and ancillary equipment
  • Diagnose and repair any water treatment system breakdowns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
  • Support our sales team with technical expertise and assist in closing sales deals

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in ground engineering or water treatment management
  • Ability to identify and convert opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Technical knowledge of water treatment equipment and installations
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload
  • A valid UK driving licence (company van provided)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in or around the geology industry is a plus
  • Experience with groundwater management equipment
