This role offers flexible working and the opportunity to support residents with a range of nursing and long-term care needs.

Key Duties

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards
• Administer medication and treatments
• Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation
• Monitor residents’ condition and escalate concerns
• Support and guide care staff on shift

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration (RGN)
• Care home or elderly care experience preferred
• Good communication and clinical skills
• Right to work in the UK
