[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Project Lead Landscape Architect with 2-5 years of experience for their Bicester office. The role involves project leadership, design, technical drawing preparation, and client liaison. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of high-profile schemes.
The Position
We have a vacancy in our Bicester Office for a Project Lead Landscape Architecture or an associated discipline Architect with approx. 2-5yrs experience, to strengthen our existing team. We are looking for someone that is a confident project leader, creative designer, proven in delivering design infromation on time and at all stages. Someone that is organised and technically minded, able to help out where required, as well as drive projects to completion.
- Good presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to prepare technical and working drawings
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs is desirable
- Confidence to run projects day to day and meet deadlines
- Planting design / horticultural knowledge and skills
- Awareness of current trends, sustainable design solutions and material properties or construction techniques
- Experience of LVIA process and report writing is desireable
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client briefings / liaison, Design Team Meetings and Site Inspections
- Project ownership and day to day delivery
- Organisation of project resource requirements & staff members
- Preparation of drawings, reports and contract documents
- Carry out surveys and assessments as required
- Liaison with multi disciplinary team members
- Support other members of staff and plan your workload
- 3D modelling and organisation of project share folders
- Drawing reviews and commenting, internal and external
Qualifications & Experience
- Applicants should have a Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters qualification, and 2-5 years experience in Landscape
Location
This post will be based at [Employer hidden], Falcon House, Telford Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 4LD. Approx. 45mins by train from London
