FULL DESCRIPTION

Join our team at the Aqua Park and enjoy a fun supportive working environment for the summer season. This role is perfect for young students, or anyone wanting hands-on customer service experience in a lively outdoor setting. We provide full mandatory training, a staff uniform and a helpful team to guide you.

What you will be doing:

  • Set up the equipment station, ready for customers each morning.
  • Greet customers at the wetsuit station with a friendly positive attitude.
  • Issue customers with the correct size of wetsuit and show them how to fasten it.
  • Manage the return of wetsuits and buoyancy aids, ensuring wetsuits are sanitised after each use.
  • Assist with equipment stock takes, as needed.
  • Keep the site clean and tidy, including the changing rooms, and general litter picking. Support the team with packing down the site at the end of the day, putting equipment away safely and neatly.
  • Working mainly outdoors, (with occasional indoor tasks when needed).
  • We provide staff uniform and full training.

Training and Development:

  • You will join our company induction day and receive all the onsite training you need to feel confident in the role.

  • No prior experience required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Good availability across the season - we can accommodate a planned holiday, and odd days off, but we’re looking for team members who can commit to good availability throughout the summer period.
