Visitor Experience and Sales Adviser

What you will be doing:

• Welcoming guests as they arrive and helping them get ready for their Aqua park session, with excellent customer service.
• Using our online booking system to check in guests and follow our admissions policy.
• Helping customers choose the right products for their visit, i.e. explaining wetsuit and aqua sock options or offering longer session times.
• Making sales confidently and processing them accurately through our system.
• Supporting customers with the collection and return of wetsuits and buoyancy aids.
• Checking that customers have understood the safety briefing and know their next steps on site.
• Replenishing stock items such as wetsuits and aqua socks so shelves stay tidy and well presented.
• Keeping the site safe and clean by tidying the reception, cleaning the changing rooms regularly and helping with the daily set-up and packdown routines.
• Working both indoors and outdoors in our reception cabin, so every day feels different.
• If required, following our emergency procedures under the direction of the Duty Manager/Site Manager.

Training and Development

• Full training will be provided, company induction and on-site training.

We would like to hear from you if:

• You have relevant work experience i.e. retail or hospitality.
• Sales experience is desirable.
• Organised, reliable and willing to take initiative.
• If you have good availability across the season - we can accommodate a planned holiday, and odd days off, but we’re looking for team members who can commit to good availability throughout the summer period.
