Reports to: Lead Designer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a large UX team, focusing on customer-facing apps and websites used globally. You’ll work in a cross-functional team, using research and data to shape engaging, user-friendly solutions across the full product lifecycle - from discovery and prototyping to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex user problems with creative, user-centred design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes (lo/hi-fi), and polished UI designs for mobile and web.
- Use research and usability testing (with UX researchers) to validate ideas.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems.
- Support and mentor junior designers when needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven end-to-end product design experience (apps and responsive web).
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency with tools such as Figma, Principle, or Framer.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of design sprints and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to present to and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- (Bonus) Animation/motion design skills (e.g. After Effects).
