Staff Software Engineer (.NET)
A fast-growing scale-up is overhauling its platform and hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead major parts of that transformation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll shape architecture, mentor engineers, and improve performance, reliability, and scalability across cloud-native systems.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own and evolve backend systems in .NET Core / C#
- Lead on platform performance, automation, observability, and CI/CD
- Build infrastructure across AWS and Azure using Terraform and Docker
- Help introduce Go and Python into the stack
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
Tech environment:
- .NET Core / C#, ASP.NET Core
