FULL DESCRIPTION
Transformation Lead
Hybrid (London with occasional site visits)
£70,000 per annum – Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a complex divestment workstream from planning through to execution
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple functions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective handoffs
- Identify risks and remove roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum
- Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders and ensure transparency in decision-making
- Develop documentation and support knowledge transfer as part of the separation process
Ideal Profile:
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-focused with a track record of delivering business change
- Experience in divestments, carve-outs, M&A, or other complex transformations
- Confident working with ambiguity and able to bring structure to loosely defined challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A common-sense operator – not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
