FULL DESCRIPTION

Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our busy and friendly team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd Bishop Auckland. You will be carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of groundcare machinery, working both in our workshop and out in the field to support customer needs. You will also be diagnosing faults and completing repairs to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of groundcare machinery.
  • Working both in our workshop and out in the field to support customer needs.
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to the highest standards.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Completing all relevant administration including warranty paperwork and job cards.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship and/or holds certified qualifications in the servicing and repair of vehicles or machinery.
  • Is a proactive team player who can also work independently.
  • Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
  • Has strong communication skills and a professional approach.
