Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & Coordination
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery.
  • Act as the primary interface for clients and internal teams.
  • Manage design consultants and construction teams.
  • Develop integrated project schedules.
  • Facilitate communication among all stakeholders.
  • Financial & Commercial Management
  • Create and track detailed project budgets.
  • Monitor cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change orders and commercial risks.
  • Approve contracts and key financial decisions.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Implement quality control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and manage client handover.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Support multiple projects within a small, agile team.
  • Provide clear updates to senior leadership.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management.
  • Professional certifications (RICS, CIOB) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and design processes.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in ASTA or MS Project.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

Experience

  • Similar project management environment.
  • Retail tenant fit-out experience (desirable).
