Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end project delivery.
- Act as the primary interface for clients and internal teams.
- Manage design consultants and construction teams.
- Develop integrated project schedules.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders.
- Financial & Commercial Management
- Create and track detailed project budgets.
- Monitor cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change orders and commercial risks.
- Approve contracts and key financial decisions.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Implement quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections and manage client handover.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Support multiple projects within a small, agile team.
- Provide clear updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management.
- Professional certifications (RICS, CIOB) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and design processes.

- Proficient in ASTA or MS Project.
