Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Manage and organise diaries, appointments, and meetings effectively.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the SLT.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure efficient filing and document management systems are maintained.
  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of events and projects.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a PA or administrative support role within a professional setting.
  • ENHANCED DBS IN PLACE
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
