We’re looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Manager. You’ll be at the heart of our restaurant – ensuring that every guest experiences excellent, friendly service, and that our team feels supported and inspired to give their best.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Manager. You’ll be at the heart of our restaurant – ensuring that every guest experiences excellent, friendly service, and that our team feels supported and inspired to give their best.

**Daytime-only shifts – no late nights! Hours:** Approx. 8:30 am – 5.00 pm
 Salary: Competitive, based on experience
 Start Date: Flexible
 Availability: Full-time (Tuesday to Saturday). Part-time considered for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily front of house service, ensuring it is efficient, friendly and well-paced and that customers have a excellent experience
  • Manage reservations, table allocation and guest flow
  • Create an efficient process for managing stock and orders, liaising with suppliers
  • Lead, support and develop the front of house team, setting a great example at all times

About you

  • Experience in a management role in a front of house team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Warm, friendly and efficient in your approach to customer service
  • A confident and supportive team leader
  • Excellent, clear communicator
