Business Development Manager

What you’ll be doing

• Generating new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term client partnerships.
• Building, maintaining and deepening relationships with referral partners and direct clients alike.
• Taking ownership of your pipeline - from first conversation to signed agreement - while providing an exceptional client experience along the way.
• Representing the business with credibility and expertise across the R&D tax community.
• Working closely with leadership to shape and execute commercial strategy during a high-growth phase.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years’ experience in R&D tax is essential.
• Proven track record of developing successful referral partnerships and/or direct client relationships.
• A strong understanding of the R&D tax process and the needs of clients across a range of sectors.
• Entrepreneurial energy - you thrive in smaller, fast-moving teams where your ideas can shape the way things are done.
• Ideally based in or around London, with flexibility to work remotely and visit the office once a week.
