Part-Time Senior Client Services Team Member

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Services Team Member to join ​us. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our clients journey with us, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping us deliver world-class care with compassion and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care & Front-of-House Experience

  • Be the first point of contact for clients—greeting everyone with empathy, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Manage enquiries from clients, potential clients, referrers, and third parties with confidence and care.
  • Uphold and reflect [Employer hidden]’s values in every interaction.

Appointment Coordination & Administration

  • Manage the scheduling of appointments with precision, supporting optimal workflow for our practitioners.
  • Ensure seamless diary coordination to enhance both client experience and clinic efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and clear communication at all times.

Issue Resolution & Communication

  • Escalate client or clinic-related issues to the Practice Manager (PM) promptly and professionally.
  • Report facility-related concerns to the Operations Relationship Manager (ORM) and/or PM to ensure a safe, smooth, and uninterrupted experience for clients.

Team Support & Collaboration

  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and values-driven team culture.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities in line with team expectations and clinic procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 4 years experience in customer service roles. Some management or operational experience is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A naturally warm, client-first approach to service.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • ​Effective time management and confidence in juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in diary management and Microsoft Office.

Competitive remuneration reflective of the importance we place on this role and applicant experience. 15-20 hours per week, across LETO and our MSK clinics Beyond Health. Please note our clinics are open from 07:15-20:15 Monday to Thursday, 07:15-18:15 Friday and 08:00-14:00 on Saturday. We distribute opening and closing as well as Saturday shifts across the team as fairly as possible. While we are advertising for a full-time position, we are open to discussing with interested part-time candidates also.
