Senior Product Designer

What you'll do

  • Collaborate and contribute to both startup and large-scale projects including web, app, brand, content, campaigns and more.
  • Bring the design clout. Pair business strategy, with user needs to help shape impactful products. Challenge and progress projects to ensure they are solving user problems and reaching business targets & objectives.
  • Work side-by-side with Engineers, Project Managers, Founders, Directors to create disruptive solutions that pave the way for people to find financial independence, and manage their money better.
  • Work freely, remotely with little process - thats how we believe problems are best solved.
  • Be able to handle a project independently
  • Gain rapport and manage client communications
  • Be able to delegate to junior designers and hand over projects
  • Give guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Provide feedback to other designers on projects
  • Provide support for our business development and marketing strategies
  • Help with onboarding new staff and lead by example
  • Be comfortable in early stage meetings with new or prospective clients

What you're packing

  • 5+ years experience.
  • High energy and an infectious passion for what we do.
  • Strong knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Confidence to lead, and to present your own work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Vocal, up for being challenged and challenging others.
  • A love for collaboration and bouncing off your team.
  • An entrepreneurial and independent spirit.
  • A solid perspective with sound opinions.
  • Class visual design talent. Stunning artistic direction.
  • A diverse sense of taste with the knowledge necessary to apply to various efforts.
  • Startup design experience, knows what it takes to shape a concept into something tangible from the ground up.
  • Knowledge of our tool kit; Figma, Webflow, Principle, Creative Cloud, Notion, Slack.
