Key Account Manager and Technical Lead

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for an experienced architectural technician / architect in our Cardiff office, to act as account manager for a long-established key client account. [Employer hidden] have a regional framework agreement with the client, covering Wales and Central UK. Work includes new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sites, from strategic planning to construction and completion.. The position involves oversight of a small team of staff and liaison with the Client, contractors, and consultant teams. The successful candidate will be able to communicate well with client and contractors and ensure the team deliver quality designs and technical information. You should have a good knowledge of Building Regulations and the Planning System with a working knowledge of AutoCAD (use of Revit is ideal, but not essential).
