We have an exciting new opportunity for an Automotive Workshop Supervisor for [Employer hidden] Ltd at our Bruntingthorpe location.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy and fast-moving workshop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
• Manage and motivate a team of body-shop and smart repair technicians.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety Obligations are adhered to.
• Liaise with the customer to ensure correct work mix and flow of vehicles.
• Implement and maintain systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the workshop operation.
• Completion of handover Reports.
• Maintain targets and KPI’s.
• Reporting to line managers.

Key Requirements

• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent knowledge of a body-shop environment and repair processes.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians.
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to exceed expectations.
• A full driving license.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £40k.

Bonus of up to £10k.
