Are you a confident 360 recruiter with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships and placing top commercial talent? Due to growth, we’re looking for an experienced generalist Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team and take ownership of a warm established desk with huge potential.
The Role
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — developing new business, nurturing existing clients, sourcing great candidates and delivering a brilliant service every time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a 360 desk (perms)
- Building and developing client relationships
- Writing adverts, sourcing, interviewing & shortlisting
- Managing interviews, offers and onboarding
- Growing your patch and generating new business
- Becoming a trusted advisor for clients & candidates
About You
- 2+ years’ 360 recruitment experience
- Proven billing history + strong BD skills
- Relationship-driven and credible
- Resilient, proactive and motivated by results
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple roles in a variety of industries
- Confident working independently & within a team
- Driving licence and vehicle
