Sales Manager – Structured Products SaaS

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of financial markets, structured investment solutions, and a proven track record in structured product sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand [Employer hidden]’s client base across financial institutions, including private banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and brokers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage with key stakeholders in the Structured Products industry.
  • Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of [Employer hidden]’s SaaS platform to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align solutions with market needs.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Structured Products sales.
  • Strong knowledge of structured products and their distribution networks.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
