Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting residents in attending appointments and engaging in community activities, including hobbies, classes, and social outings.
• Encouraging and promoting independence among our residents.
• Administering medication as needed and maintaining accurate records of administration.
• Providing nutritional support, including meal preparation.
• Undertaking household duties to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, oral care, and toileting.
• Assisting residents with mobility needs, using aids like hoists and standing aids as required.
• Offering companionship to enhance the emotional well-being of our residents.
• Safeguarding residents and maintaining a high standard of well-being.
