In this role, you will play a key part in acquiring and managing contracts, optimising revenue, and reinforcing Boluda Towage’s market position in the region. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute directly to the commercial performance of a global leader in towage and maritime services

About the role
- Identify, analyse, develop and advise on relevant new business opportunities within the designated area and contribute to the development and execution of the account management plan for (key) accounts in the target market.
- Negotiate and close contracts in accordance with commercial and legal procedures and guidelines.
- Support commercial management by monitoring the agreed budget, timely identifying risks, deviations and opportunities to optimize the financial result.
- Maintain relationships with clients and other relevant parties through regular communication in order to promote Boluda Towage’s services, spot opportunities and optimise client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients on a daily basis to determine which contract needs to be used for invoicing.
- Ensure commercial information data input on all inquiries, contracts, visit reports, competitive information and client information in relevant databases to provide input for the sales plan and increase sales potential.
- Support the finance department by collecting outstanding debtor’s payments.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or comparable by experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial/maritime environment.
- Good command of the common language in the designated area, both oral and written.
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Proficient with Office applications and ERP & CRM systems.
