At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we’re always interested in connecting with driven recruitment professionals who want to grow with a modern, globally connected agency. Because we operate remotely and work across international markets, we’re looking for self-motivated individuals with the focus, resilience, and determination to succeed in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

If you thrive on building relationships, spotting talent, and managing multiple roles across different industries and regions — we’d love to hear from you.

As a Recruiter or Resourcer at [Employer hidden], you will:

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels
  • Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews (phone, video, and occasionally in-person) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Act as a key point of contact during the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy, employer branding, and continuous process improvement
  • Track recruitment activity, performance metrics, and KPIs

The Candidate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
  • Confidence working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work across diverse industries, job functions, and international markets

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related HR/talent acquisition role (agency or in-house) is highly desirable. Agency being preferred due to the challenging nature of juggling lots of roles across lots of clients.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Occupop, Teamtailor, JobAdder, or similar
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn CRM is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Professional, CV Libary etc and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent

Why work here?
