We are recruiting for experienced Healthcare Assistants to work as an Agency Worker within the NHS in and around the Birmingham and Telford Area. We welcome Healthcare Assistants that are wishing to broaden their experience within various hospital settings and have more flexibility in a work/lifestyle balance with weekly pay.

As a Healthcare Assistant (Hospital) at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you’ll provide hands-on personal care that makes a difference. We’re looking for carers with compassion and enthusiasm in the Birmingham and Telford area to support people’s physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

You’ll have the autonomy to select flexible shift patterns to fit around your busy family life, studies or other commitments. We make flexible working easy; you can choose whether you work full-time, part-time, day or night shifts.

Requirements:

You’ll be providing care to service users across various NHS hospital settings.

  • 3 to 6 months UK personal care experience with similar clinical complex care, however full complex care training and support will be provided to you via our nurse led training
  • Good equipment knowledge
  • Moving and handling experience
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and professionalism
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to commit to regular (flexible) hours
