Job Description
Support students across mainstream and SEND schools through planning, mentoring, and tailored interventions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Schemes of Work
- Mentor students 1-to-1 and in groups
- Support students to overcome barriers to learning
- Guide pupils through practical qualifications
- Write reports and supervise staff
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate (Level 4 preferred)
- Experience in small group or 1:1 interventions
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
