Support Workers, Crewe

We’re recruiting compassionate and committed Support Workers to join our teams in Crewe, delivering support across our supported living and crisis services. This is a rewarding opportunity to support people with mental health needs at different stages of their recovery journey.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting adults with a wide range of mental health needs, including individuals with complex and multiple challenges. Working as part of a supportive, values-led team, you’ll provide outcome-focused, person-centred support that helps people develop skills, build confidence and live as independently as possible in their own homes.

This role requires flexibility and reliability, with shifts available across days, nights and weekends, worked on a 7-day rota to meet the needs of the people we support.

About You

Experience in a similar setting is desirable, particularly when supporting people with complex needs, but it isn’t essential. What matters most is your compassion, resilience and commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
