Support Worker – Complex Mental Health | Sandbach, Cheshire

Independence Support Ltd (ISL) provides specialist supported living services in Sandbach, Cheshire, supporting adults with complex mental health needs, including individuals with forensic histories, to live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.

Our Sandbach service supports five individuals in modern, self-contained apartments enhanced with assistive technology, offering a structured, supportive environment that promotes stability, recovery and long-term independence.

What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver person-centred, outcome-focused support tailored to each individual. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with medication management
  • Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and routines
  • Facilitating community access and engagement
  • Providing emotional support and building trusting relationships
  • Supporting tenancy management
  • Liaising with healthcare and mental health professionals to achieve positive outcomes

Your role will help people maintain stability, build independence and live fulfilling lives within the community.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently recruiting:

  • Full-time Support Workers (37.5 hours)

You’ll work across day and night shifts on a 7-day rota. Full induction and training are provided.
