Independence Support Ltd (ISL) provides high-quality supported living services in Macclesfield, empowering adults with learning disabilities to live independently, confidently and safely. Our Tussore Court service supports 10 people in modern, self-contained apartments equipped with the latest assistive technology, enabling greater autonomy and person-centred support.

What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker at Tussore Court, you’ll provide outcome-focused, person-centred support tailored to each individual. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting with medication management
- Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
- Assisting with daily routines and life tasks
- Enabling community access, activities and engagement
- Providing emotional support and building trust
- Supporting with tenancy management
- Working with healthcare and social care professionals to ensure the highest standards of support
Your role helps individuals live safely, develop new skills and reach meaningful goals.
Who We’re Looking For
We are recruiting:
- Part-time Support Worker – 37.5 hours
Staff must be able to work day and night shifts across a 7-day rota. Full induction and training are provided.
