About Us
ORONA's activities are focused on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways. Operating in 100 countries , we have 330,000 lifts worldwide using our technology. With 2 manufacturing plants Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.
We are seeking two motivated and ambitious Sales Executives to join our London-based sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a confident, proactive “can-do” attitude who are eager to build a career in sales and progress within a structured and supportive environment. Previous sales experience is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as the role involves close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to introduce, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
- Build comprehensive product knowledge across the Orona product portfolio
- Develop an understanding of competitor offerings and wider market trends
- Actively prospect and generate new sales enquiries
- Prepare quotations for new lift installation projects
- Support opportunity and sales development through effective sales techniques
- Secure new lift installation projects and contribute to overall sales targets

Requirements
- Proven experience in senior technical sales within construction or the lift industry
- Confident communicator at senior stakeholder level
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously
