FULL DESCRIPTION

Retail Security Officer – Manchester

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Retail Security Officers to join our team working at the Harvey Nichols store in Manchester city centre. The successful candidates will receive a starting salary of £13.00 per hour.

Duties

  • Maintaining a high profile, visible security presence
  • Being a polite and approachable security contact for customers and staff
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Dealing with loss prevention issues
  • Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity
  • Working as part of an experienced security team
  • Writing statements and reports as necessary

Essential Experience

  • Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision licence due to the requirement to cover the store’s bar and restaurant. *Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from non-licence holders.*

Desirable Attributes

  • Officers are expected to have a smart appearance and will be dressed in a black suit, company tie, white shirt and black formal shoes
  • Well groomed
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good communication skills
  • Has strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
  • Retail Security experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of SCONE is preferred

Hours:

  • Full time to include weekends
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week
