Security Officer – London

[Employer hidden] Group are currently seeking Full Time Security Personnel to join our team of officers working at a variety of different assignments across Central London.

The successful candidates will receive a salary of £13.00 - £14.00 per hour.

[Employer hidden] Group provide security and risk management services to the retail, corporate, education, manufacturing and public sectors.

Our client portfolio includes some of the leading names in a diverse range of industries.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who can be adaptable and flexible enough to work at a number of different locations. In London our portfolio consists predominantly of retail and corporate clients. We need someone like you who can work across both of these sectors.

Duties

• Maintaining a high profile, visible security presence
• Being a polite and approachable security contact for customers and staff
• Providing excellent customer service
• Dealing with loss prevention issues
• Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity
• Delivering a professional front of house experience
• Locking / unlocking duties
• Use of intruder and fire alarm panels
• Working alone or as part of a team where required
• Completing written or computerised reports as necessary

Essential Experience

• Applicants must hold a valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervision licence. *Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from non-licence holders or holders with SIA Security Guarding licences.*
• 5 year checkable work history / career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858.

Hours:

• Full time to include weekends
• Overtime available
