FULL DESCRIPTION
Process Development Manager
Grimsby
£40,000 to £55,000 + bonus + benefits
Key responsibilities
- Leading process trials and scale-up from concept through to launch
- Owning customer changes, renovations and factory trials
- Working closely with Operations, Technical and Engineering on site
- Managing critical paths, yields and trial costs
- Supporting manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement
- Mentoring Process Technologists, with line management responsibility within 6 months
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Senior Process Technologist, or a Process Technologist operating at senior level
- Confident leading trials and working on the factory floor
- Exposure to UK retail customers (own-label)
- Strong organisation, communication and project management skills
- Solid understanding of food safety and factory standards
