Would you like to join one of the UK’s most exciting independent craft breweries as they enter a new phase of growth.

Based in East Sussex, they produce award?winning beers enjoyed across the UK and more than 30 countries worldwide.

The Opportunity

Our client are looking for a Head of Sales & to lead their commercial strategy, grow trade and DTC sales, and elevate our brand presence at home and abroad.

This is a hands?on leadership role for someone commercially astute, organised, and passionate about the world of craft drinks.

You’ll drive sales performance, manage online platforms, and play a key role in shaping how our award?winning brewery continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed monthly and annual sales targets across trade and online channels
  • Lead commercial relationships with stockists, distributors, and export partners
  • Manage e-commerce operations and optimise performance across website and sales platforms
  • Grow our subscription service and improve customer retention through digital campaigns
  • Forecast demand, monitor margins, and provide regular sales insights
  • Collaborate with production and operations to ensure accurate fulfilment and stock flow
  • Represent the brand at UK and international events, collaborations, and festivals
  • Lead new product launches and online promotions

About You

  • Strong track record in sales, account management, or e?commerce (FMCG or drinks preferred)
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage pricing, forecasting, and reporting
  • Confident communicator with relationship?building skills across B2B and D2C networks
  • Experience with relevant platforms (e.g. Breww, Sellar, Eebria, Shopify, Klaviyo) advantageous
  • Self?starter, proactive, and adaptable in a fast?moving environment
  • Passionate about premium food, drink, and independent brands
